The CMA has an ‘engine house’ comprising of 11 user forums including ‘Business & Continuity’, ‘Regulatory Affairs’ and of course ‘Telecoms Cost Management’ (TCM).

Running for 15 years now, the TCM forum enables individuals involved in the day to day management of communication costs for their organisation, to share experiences and perhaps more importantly access practical help to assist in the complex task of telecoms bill analysis and cost management.

The forum page on the website provides a vehicle for sharing views on topical issues with other CMA members whilst our forum events and focus groups offer an opportunity to discuss and collaborate on new ideas and best practice.

In addition, our work with telecoms suppliers has enabled us to represent the issues experienced by our members and drive through best practice resolutions across the industry with regards to telecoms billing and cost management.
