With multiple accounts held with numerous suppliers, bill accuracy was in question and there was a need to ensure NHS Lothian was being correctly charged for services used. Preparations were underway to novate all fixed line services to a single supplier and cost allocation models were unable to efficiently verify proper use of services across the voice telecoms estate.
